We are aware that some Uzbek passports have unlimited validity.  The system requires that a date be inserted.  Until we can rectify this situation please insert any date you wish in this field.  When you come to the Embassy with your documentation please point out to our staff that you faced this problem and we will ensure that our records are corrected.
