UK Border Agency at the British Embassy in Tashkent is unable to deal with visitors or phone calls about visa processes and individual applications. All enquiries should be made in writing either by email or by letter and sent to the Visa Section (contact details above).

If you have been waiting longer than 15 working days and wish to check the status of your application:

Email visa.tashkent@fco.gov.uk . Please include the following information:

• The name of the person who applied for the visa;
• Their date of birth;
• Their passport number;
• Their 5 digit visa application number (for example, 12345).

If your visa has either been issued or refused, and you have an enquiry, please:

• Please include the following information:
  - The name of the person who applied for the visa;
  - Their date of birth;
  - Their passport number;
  - Their 5 digit visa application number (for example, 12345).

We want to make sure that we only give information to the person who applied for a visa, or someone who is contacting us with their consent.

• If you are the person who applied for a visa, please make your enquiry using the email address given on your online application form.
• If you are the sponsor or representative of the person who applied for a visa, please make sure that your email contains a scanned copy of the applicant's signed letter of consent.
