Cessation of Courier Arrangements
The British Embassy wishes to inform its customers that with affect from 10 February their contract with TNT/Bekk Courier, which provides for the return of documents back to applicants, will terminate. The British Embassy is in the process of considering other alternatives. In the meantime customers should make arrangements to collect their documents from the British Embassy themselves.
Customers will be contacted by telephone or email once a decision on their application has been made and invited to collect documents from the British Embassy between 1530-1600 Monday-Friday.
